Luxe Stay Resorts – Terms and Conditions

As proud timeshare owners, we at Luxe Stay Resorts are delighted to share our Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta suite experience with our guests. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Rates

All rates are per suite, per night.

Prices are quoted in USD and will be converted to MXN at the time of settlement.

Rates include applicable government taxes and tourism levies.

Prices and availability are correct at the time of posting but may change without prior notice.

Reservations

Bookings can be made directly through Luxe Stay Resorts via VRBO, Hostaway, or by contacting us through our official email.

Reservations are confirmed only after the required guarantee deposit has been received.

Reservation requests will be reviewed and confirmed within 2 working days.

Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and the same credit card used for booking at check-in to ensure security and verification.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. CST

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. CST

Early check-outs are non-refundable.

Late check-outs may be arranged based on availability, with applicable fees.

Cribs, self-parking, and valet parking are complimentary.

Guarantee Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount may vary depending on the season or special dates.

The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Proof of deposit must be sent via email to confirm your booking.

For special offers or promotional rates, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at check-in.

A photo ID and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Payment Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required when booking.

By booking through Luxe Stay Resorts, guests acknowledge and accept these payment terms.

Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

Reservation changes are subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a one-night charge.

During High Season, changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival to avoid a 2-night charge.

During Peak Season (Christmas and New Year), cancellations within 45 days will be charged for the full stay.

Shortened stays or no-shows will be charged in full.

Non-refundable promotions are excluded from standard cancellation policies.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Low Season: Minimum 1 night

High Season: Minimum 3 nights

Peak Season: Minimum 5 nights

All-Inclusive Plan

Children aged 0–3 years stay free.

Children 4–12 years stay free under the European Plan (EP) only.

Additional children or adults may incur extra charges.

Basic internet (1MB) is complimentary for unlimited devices; premium internet is available for $15 USD per 24 hours.

Resort Facilities and Restrictions

Some resort facilities are complimentary, while others may have additional fees.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; safety deposit boxes are available in rooms.

The resort offers accessible suites for guests with special needs—please notify us in advance if required.

Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.

Drones and aerial cameras are strictly prohibited for privacy reasons.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to be respectful of resort staff and other guests at all times.

The resort reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for:

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior

Intoxicated or offensive conduct

Damage to property or resort facilities

If this occurs, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and may be held responsible for any damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions follow the laws of Mexico and are designed to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests.


Travel Reminder: In accordance with local regulations, all visitors to Mexico are required to pay the Mexican Tourist Tax. This small contribution supports the preservation of local destinations and tourism services.
